2010 Fellows

Sarina Siddhanti, Mexico

Sarina joined InVenture as a 2010 Fellow because she wanted to find a more sustainable way to help people. Last summer, InVenture was looking to enter the Latin American market, and needed on-the-ground support. Sarina was involved in finding InVenture's local microfinance institution (MFI) partner, APROS, and completed the initial due diligence process of finding entrepreneurs that fit InVenture's investment criteria. Sarina literally served as InVenture's eyes and ears on the ground. She is currently working in New York City at Bain & Company and holds a B.A. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Manvi Goel, Mexico Fellow

Manvi worked with the InVenture team as a 2010 Fellow and was instrumental in helping to launch InVenture's Mexico program. She helped to find a local MFI partner and analyze potential InVenture businesses. She worked closely with the Portfolio Management team to customize the InVenture investment contracts for Mexico and determine investment criteria. Manvi is currently in India finishing a Fulbright program and researching micro-equity contracts. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
