The InVenture Capital Corporation (ICC) is a Certified B Corporation (pending) that provides expansion capital to rapidly-growing enterprises in developing communities.  ICC conducts due diligence on potential entrepreneurs, tracks the progress of the businesses through their expansion, and relays financial and social metrics to online users, known as "InVestors".  Furthermore, ICC houses the online platform through which all financial transactions are administered and manages the global portfolio of online contributions, known as "InVestments". For the online user, ICC's platform and the entrepreneurs featured on it are the foundation of the user experience.

The ICC  generates double bottom line profit through these revenue streams:

• 10% service fee from profits of businesses
• interest of user holding accounts
• potential data sharing fees from SMS
• potential licensing fees / guidance fees to other MFIs to incorporate sms platform and standardization of financial metrics

Bottom line profits are calculated exclusively on revenues generated by the above listed activities, and never include InVestor contributions to specific enterprises.  100% of online InVestor dollars go directly to businesses and are restricted for re-investment in future InVenture entrepreneurs.  This has always been and continues to be our policy.

As for returns on InVestments, we have developed a system for recycling the additional capital into new micro-entrepreneurs through our system of Social Enterprise Expansion Dollars (SEEDs).  For more information on SEEDs, click here.

Finally, ICC is committed to donating  a percentage of profits annually to the InVenture Foundation to expand support to entrepreneurs through its fellowship program.
