InVest In Good

Rally For Your Cause™

When you InVest through the InVenture website, you're not just funding an individual business, you're partnering with a whole community. Creating rallies allows you to choose - your cause, your money. Rallying around your cause leads to the bigger vision of creating a Change Reaction - growing a community through a business, while growing a business through a community.

In order to receive an InVestment, micro-entrepreneurs commit to contributing a portion of their profit back into women's health, girls' education and women's vocational training initiatives in their communities. When you become a partner with them, you are joining their Rally. Let's start Rallying!

ACTIVE RALLY:

Women's Health: Empowerment. The current Rally is for maternal/prenatal health and nutrition of women and children in India, through the following means:

  • Anemia prevention and treatment programs, including nutrition education
  • Anemia testing for pregnant women and children
  • Encouraging health-focused practices among women self-help groups in local communities

    About InVenture

InVenture believes that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have the potential to create lasting economic development in under-served communities, and that the best way to unleash this potential is through micro-INVESTING, not micro-loans. While micro-credit has helped to alleviate the struggle of subsistence living for many people in developing communities — this form of financing has not been successful in expanding businesses beyond sole proprietorships.

      How You Can Help

With your InVestment of as little as $25 in one of our entrepreneurs, you can be part of our movement! InVenture wants to change the landscape of micro-credit by serving the “missing middle” in developing economies in giving micro-entrepreneurs the chance to expand, employ others, and lift their communities out of poverty. Together, we’ll grow good businesses and good communities — and create markets where other individuals, their families, and their businesses can flourish and succeed.
